  • Streamline

    If present, this app allows you to create workstreams (i.e., buckets to hold tasks), add tasks, and track their progress. This is a task management app designed to automate daily request processing for individuals and teams.

  • Contacts

    This app enables you to create and manage individual or company contacts that are important to your Organization (s) and locations.

  • Dashboard

    A place filled with activities presented using widgets from each app in the platform. This contains widgets that you can interact with (for example, the social networking), or know information (for example, Today’s weather). You can rearrange the widgets or hide them by clicking the profile menu and Manage Widgets.

  • Dashboard

    Click Filters and then View Disabled to see the disabled News/Announcement. This will reload the listing screen with disabled news/announcements, each card displaying the Restore button as an overlay. Click the respective Content’s Restore button to bring it back. Restoring an already published Content remains published.

  • Restore Disabled News/Announcement

    Click Filters and then View Disabled to see the disabled News/Announcement. This will reload the listing screen with disabled news/announcements, each card displaying the Restore button as an overlay. Click the respective Content’s Restore button to bring it back.   • Edit News/Announcement

    Click the card’s menu for the Content you want to edit and then click Edit. This will show the page with options described above. Make the necessary changes and then click Save. This will update previously published Content and show the latest version. Otherwise, your draft will be updated.

  • Create a News/Announcement

    Click Add to create a news/announcement. This will direct you to a news/announcement creation screen, with the required fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
