We strive to keep you informed of things happening in your organization that sometimes overwhelm you in terms of platform notifications. So, we’ve provided you with the means to tune out notifications you don’t want to receive from the platform.

Click your Profile Menu and then click Manage Notifications.

Once the page lads, you will see notifications per app using an accordion view. Each notification event is displayed as the Title, whether it sends an email or in-platform alert (yes/no), followed by checkboxes that allow you to toggle those notifications.

You cannot toggle some notifications, as they are important. Such notification events are greyed out and excluded in the toggle.

Unchecking the respective notification will stop the platform from notifying you. 

If you feel too much to click notifications individually, click the checkbox next to the table’s Title. This will toggle the email and alert notifications for all events in that app.

Optionally, you can check/uncheck the checkbox next to the Email or Alert Subscription columns to enable/disable them individually (for example, you want the in-platform alerts but not the emails)

The settings will be automatically saved (you don’t have to click the Save button).
