Adding a new link
Click Actions -> Add to create a new link.
The following are mandatory:
- Label: enter a user-friendly name you wish to display instead of a link.
- Url: enter a valid URL (Link. For example, https://franchiseshift.com/).
The following are optional:
- Category: Select a category here.
- Access:
- Visibility: The visibility panel is pre-filled with the branches or locations within your scope by default. Clear this to keep the Link private or restrict the Link to specific branches or users.
- Collaborators: click and select your peers who should be collaborators for this Link.
- Tags: enter a tag name to add an existing one or create a new one by pressing the Enter key. You can add as many tags as you like for content.
- Comments: Click Allow Comments to enable staff comments for the links. Additionally, once you enable the comments, you can enforce strict moderation for the comments. When enabled, a Link’s owner must approve all comments before publishing.
Once done, clickSave, thenSave & Publish (available if you have the W permission). Once published, the users in the visibility panel can see your Link in the widgets or the Links app.

Editing a Link:
Click the three vertical dots on the Link you wish to edit, then click Edit.
Make the necessary changes (refer toAdding a new link for more information) and click Save.
Disabling a Link:
You cannot delete a link, but you can disable it so it does not appear for users who can only see it.
Click the three vertical dots on the Link you wish to disable, then click Disable.
ClickConfirm in the modal dialog.
You will see a success message and the link card with a Restore button on the top.
Refresh the screen to reload the list using the filters you’ve applied.
Restoring a disabled Link:
Click Filters -> View Disabled.
This will show all the disabled links you own (or the tenant admin can see), with a Restore button on top of each one.
Click the Restore button to restore them individually. You will see a success message, and the Link card will be active now.
