ClickLinks from the left sidebar to see the list of links and access your other options related to them.
You will see links created by you or shared with you (which require at least R permission). Additionally, you can do the following using the toolbar.
Search: Type a text to search and list all the matching links within your scope.
Actions
- Add (requires C permission)
- Manage Categories (you need to be an admin or have the A or W permission
Filter
- View All: shows all the links in your scope.
- View Disabled: shows all the links you disabled.
- View Active: shows all the active (not disabled) links.
- Bookmark: shows all the links you bookmarked.
- Categories: shows the links in that category.
Sort
- Default: sorts links from the most recently created to the oldest.
- First name: sorts links alphabetically using the first name.
- Total views: sorts links from the most viewed to least viewed
- Total comments: sorts links from the most commented to the least.
Clicking the same sort labels will reverse their order (for example, fromnewest to the oldest tooldest to the newest).
