Dashboard
A place filled with activities presented using widgets from each app in the platform. This contains widgets that you can interact with (for example, the social networking), or know information (for example, Today’s weather). You can rearrange the widgets or hide them by clicking the profile menu and Manage Widgets.

Contacts
This app enables you to create and manage individual or company contacts that are important to your Organization (s) and locations.

Streamline
If present, this app allows you to create workstreams (i.e., buckets to hold tasks), add tasks, and track their progress. This is a task management app designed to automate daily request processing for individuals and teams.

Flow
If present, this app enables you to define business workflows and implement review and approval processes for most in-platform apps.

Social
This feature allows you to network with your colleagues, similar to other social networking platforms, but within the confines of the tenants or as permitted by your administrator. Follow your colleagues for updates, tag them in the conversations, link to in-platform content, and respond to others’ posts.

Files
This app allows you to store and share files with your colleagues and external users. You can have private file storage and/or team file storage that shares documents with all team members, eliminating the need for private copies. Image Dropbox or Google Drive for your Organization.

Links
Allows you to bookmark important external web links and share them with the rest of the Organization. This helps inform your peers about business-supported news outlets, compliance requirements, or new legislation that affects your industry.

Pages
As the name implies, this helps you create and share rich content pages with your peers, or create and manage sites that provide useful information in a standard way.
