You can have access to another Organization despite being the staff in one. The Tenant Admin must set this by editing your profile. When you are part of multiple organizations, you can share your content with the users from that organization or view the content published by organizations other than yours.

Additionally, the context switcher lists all the organizations within your scope, so you can switch to view content specific to them.

Setting the Organizational Scope:

You need to be a Tenant or User Administrator to do this.
  • Click Profile Menu -> Colleagues to view all the colleagues within your scope.
  • Click the specific user’s menu (three dots at the right top of the card) and click Edit.

Click the Scope Organizations text box and start typing the organizations you want to add within their scope. Alternatively, click All Scope to allow the user to view contents from all the organizations (branches or locations).
