When you create content, you will see a panel called Access with Visibility and Collaborators.
- Visibility: This defines the scope of that content, such as which users can see it. You can add users, user groups, organizations, or branches here. When you set your content’s visibility to one or more organizations, all users in that organization(s) can see them when it’s published.
- Collaborations: This permits users other than the owner to manage the content. The users must have similar permission to change the content even if they are added as collaborators.
This is uniform for all the content on the platform. However, some apps, such as the Files, may implement them differently.
