Adding a new contact
Click Actions -> Create to create a new contact from the listing screen.
The following are mandatory:
- First Name: enter the contact person’s first Name here
- Email: enter a valid email here (for example,
johndoe@email.com or john.doe@email.com.ca).
The following are optional:
- Category: Select a category here.
- Last Name: Enter the contact person’s Last Name here.
- Phone: Enter a valid phone number here.
- Address: Enter the building number, street name, city, and province here.
- Title: Enter a job title here.
- Company: Enter a company name here.
- Access:
- Visibility: The visibility panel is pre-filled with the branches or locations within your scope by default. Clear this to keep the Contact private or restrict the Link to specific branches or users.
- Collaborators: click and select your peers who should be collaborators for this Contact.
- Tags: enter a tag name to add an existing one or create a new one by pressing the Enter key. You can add as many tags as you like for content.
- Comments: Click Allow Comments to enable staff comments for the Contact. Additionally, once you enable the comments, you can enforce strict moderation for the comments. When enabled, a Contact’s owner must approve all comments before publishing.
Once done, clickSave, thenSave & Publish (available if you have the W permission). Once published, the users in the visibility panel can see your Contact in the widgets or the Contacts app.

Editing a Contact:
Click the three vertical dots on the Contact you wish to edit, then click Edit.
Make the necessary changes (refer toAdding a new contact for more information) and click Save.
Disabling a Contact:
You cannot delete a contact, but you can disable it so it does not appear for users who can only see it.
Click the three vertical dots on the Contact you wish to disable, then click Disable.
ClickConfirm in the modal dialog.
You will see a success message and the Contact card with a Restore button on the top.
Refresh the screen to reload the list using the filters you’ve applied.
Restoring a disabled Contact:
Click Filters -> View Disabled.
This will show all the disabled Contacts you own (or the tenant admin can see), with a Restore button on top of each one.
Click the Restore button to restore them individually. You will see a success message, and the Contact card will be active now.
