You can do the following in this section, which is available for the Tenant or App administrators for the Organization.
Click Actions -> Widgets to see the available widgets and manage them.
This shows all the available widgets and allows you to customize them. They are organized into middle-column widgets, right-column widgets, and other widgets.
- The middle column widgets appear in the dashboard.
- The right-column widgets appear on the right side of the dashboard.
Select the Control and then check the Enable to make the respective app/feature available to this organization.
- Control: They restrict or allow the branch or location to create their own contents. Select Parent Controlled here to restrict a Branch or Location from displaying their content. Otherwise, select Shared.
- Max Items Displayed: This allows you to set the maximum number of items to display on the widget before clicking View All. Some widgets restrict the maximum number of items you can display (for example, the Single Page Widget).
- Order: This is the order in which the widget is displayed on the dashboard — top to bottom.
- Enable: Check this checkbox to enable this widget or uncheck to disable this for the Organization’s users.
Ordering:
Drag & Drop the widget within their group to rearrange their position (reflected in the Order column). The position is saved as you drop the row.
Click Save once you are done.
