Getting Started

You can create and manage sites with the Pages app. Sites help further organize information you wish to standardize for your organization.

The platform supports the following sites:

Generic
Generic sites are good for publishing pages and widgets as a list. This is useful for posting information such as

Blog
This works similarly to a blog website, providing a platform to publish blogs and pin the most popular ones to the top.

Official Documents
Provides functionalities for creating and publishing policies, procedures, and other official documents.

Knowledgebase
Enables multiple members to create and manage knowledge base articles.

Intranet Site
Provides functionalities that mimic intranet sites, featuring menus on the right sidebar.

All sites can have multiple widgets that show content from the platform.

Users with Page Author and Page Publisher can create Generic, Blog, and Knowledgebase sites.
However, only the tenant administrators can create Official Documents and Intranet sites. This ensures these sites are controlled. But if the tenant administrator adds you as a collaborator, you can make changes to these sites.

Manage Sites Click Profile Menu -> Manage Sites to view the list of sites. You will see existing sites and an option to create a new one (if applicable) using the Create Site navigation bar action button. The sort menu allows you to sort the listings by date created, alphabetically, or by feature. Sites are listed using a card layout, with menus accessible from the top right corner (three vertical dots). The menu helps you View, Edit (if applicable), or Delete (if applicable).
