Getting Started

This app helps your organization manage official contacts you want the staff to know or use. For example, you might have approved suppliers who want to be known to your staff when ordering supplies for the office. The contacts app is part of the core platform feature; your administrator can enable it. You can manage the following using this app.

  • Categories: Contacts can be added to the categories to show on the dashboard widgets.
  • Contacts: You can manage individual contacts (coming up: company contacts) and set their Visibility.
